Best mussels on the planet hands down but the reason Id go back would be because of the owners. My fianc and I were in Lark Harbour early July and met the owners and operators on the patio. We had a nice time together and they gave us an incredible recommendation for a short backcountry camping spot that ended up being a highlight of our month long trip in NL. A very special duo that Im still thinking of with warm thoughts two months later. Thanks guys!
Nice chill bar along the water. Patio view of the mountains. Friendly staff. Fish and chips were one of best i have ever eaten. Mussels were super fresh and delicious. Great post hike meal.
Ate at Myrtle's today for lunch. First time, typical NL hospitality, food was great,Atmosphere friendly, on the bay, did not eat outside on the deck because of the weather. Fabulous water view..Ken, the server was a delight, has made his home in Lark Harbour, came from Northern Ireland , plans to stay..If you are looking for casual, relaxing, atmosphere, that is the place. Nice view, and very friendly staff. I had the fish and chips, and the cod was cooked perfectly! Warm and comfortable, and a centre of the community.
